When LuLu first arrived

So about 15 months ago we lost our dog CoCo, it was devastating. Eight months ago, we got a rescue dog from our local Animal Adoption Agency.

Well, it was tough. The new dog, LuLu, didn’t seem to fit, she wasn’t like our other dog. There were times that we thought it wasn’t working out. The snipping at us, going to the potty in the house, we almost gave up. You know we decided to work at it and this little project proved to be a lesson. We learned not all dogs are the same, they all have their own traits and just like our clients, they all have different personalities.

Now in comes Ms. 5th Avenue. She is the client that through the years is just impossible, a real pain in the you know where. Never seems to be satisfied. But you know, we decided to work at it. We took time with her and overlooked some of the things that we were not used to. I came to the realization that everyone is different. I found that if you compare a new client to a favorable client, you will never be satisfied.

Each person is unique in their own way. Learn to flow with all the people and their personalities.

Now over the years we have worked with and developed numerous Ms. 5th Avenues.

Lulu Today

I’m really not comparing our clients to our dog; it is rather the ability to handle the varying personalities.

Today I am happy to say that my wife and I would do anything just to keep our precious dog Lulu and you know with a little effort and understanding, I am willing to do just about anything to keep our precious clients from 5th Avenue.
